Process
Day 1 — Recon. A 45-minute call: your hardware, your workflow, the one job worth automating first. You get a written plan the same day. Days 2–5 — Build. Working sessions on your machines (screen-share or async), setup + agent + briefing files. Day 6–7 — Handover. Runbook delivered, your team runs the workflow while we watch, corrections logged.

Straight answers
- Why not just follow the free guides?
- You can — they're written so you can. You're paying for speed, for decisions made against your specific hardware and constraints, and for the failure modes we've already eaten so you don't have to.
- Do you need access to our data?
- No. Everything runs on your machines; we work over screen-share. For regulated environments we can run the entire engagement without seeing a single document's contents.
- What if our hardware can't do what we want?
- The Day-1 recon catches that. You'll get an honest hardware recommendation (often: "the Mac you own is enough") before any build day starts — or we stop there and you pay nothing.
